Meet the Founders

Kia Davis
Kia Davis (Kia D) is a highly energetic and charismatic entrepreneur and executive level entertainment personality with over 11 years of experience. Although she is no longer affiliated with our organization, we are grateful for the time she spent with us in sharing the vision of finding missing women.
Her experience ranges from business management to hosting events, radio and TV shows. Kia D holds many awards and honors and is a proud member of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority Incorporated. After graduating with a bachelor’s degree in Education from the University of North Texas in 2006 she went on to find her true calling of Radio/TV broadcasting and advocating for human rights.
In 2010, she started her online radio network, WeTalkRadio Network, an online radio network heard globally. Currently, Kia D is the host of several online radio shows and has emceed weekly programs and events; totaling over 90 programs annually and produced several major events which have attracted over 16,000 patrons. As well as being the featured author in two books, Unselfish Women and Celebrating Me, Kia D is currently writing her first book detailing her experiences with the horrors of sexual assault. The book is scheduled to be released in 2022.
Her passion for ending the cycle of abuse came through a traumatic experience she faced at a young age. In 2018, with a desire to end the cycle she founded Heels on the Move to Heal, a 501c3 non-profit organization that strives to bring awareness to human trafficking, domestic abuse and/or sexual assault while empowering and supporting survivors. She also educates youth and young adults on prevention and awareness. Her organization assists by providing donations, shelter, support, educational resources and more to survivors and the community. To date, she has served over 500 families in Texas. Providing over 6,000 pairs of new and gently used shoes, clothing, shelter and financial donations. Her organization has several educational programs that have served over 1,000 students (5th-12th grade) and adults.
In 2021, Kia began a strategic partnership to combat human trafficking globally with The Jennifer Experience, a mental health provider. After a traumatic and unforgettable experience of the possible attempted sex trafficking of her 14-year-old daughter while at a nail salon, Kia made it her passion to end the mistreatment of others.
Collaboratively, they are working on the frontlines to provide our region’s most vulnerable communities with emergency assistance, such as financial support, housing, mental health support, healthcare, education and more. Together they created She's Still Missing, 501(c) 3 to end human trafficking and child exploitation globally.

Jennifer Wiley
Jennifer Wiley began her journey through Christian Ministry in 1999. During this time she developed a true passion to highlight what she feels the most important part of God and that’s his LOVE for ALL of us. As time progressed she developed a passion to help people navigate through life, love and relationships. In this, she found her true calling, Life Coaching. She created The Dating Expo, The Love Without Limits Club and has organized several social events to help single individuals regardless of sexuality find that special one. As a certified life coach and ordained minister she hosted Marry Me At Pride in NYC in 2015 to allow Lesbians couples to have more spiritual and personal weddings. Jennifer feels it’s her mission to remind everyone the power of what love can do, but also know that it takes work to navigate through relationships.
Jennifer’s most enjoyable work is to help individuals & families through life’s most difficult moments. Jennifer has had many difficult moments in her life; she is a rape/sexual abuse survivor. In addition she also survived being homeless and living in foster care. Currently Jennifer is pursuing her doctorate in Psychology at Capella university, upon completion she intends to transfer into a full holistic therapy practice.
In 2020, Jennifer’s 14-year-old niece went missing in Houston. Through her efforts to find her niece, Jennifer was exposed to the world of human trafficking. Out of this exposure, She’s still missing, a non profit organization was created to combat underage human trafficking and child exploitation.
The Jennifer Experience was founded in 2014 by Jennifer L Wiley.
